Product Update: Introducing the Xero Bulk Uploader

Satago allows our Practice Partners to add all their clients onto Satago for free. We are delighted to announce we have just released our Xero bulk uploader that allows partners using Xero to add all their clients in a faster, simpler way.

By using the Xero bulk uploader, all the partners clients will get access to our award-winning credit control features for free, and the partner will be able to populate their portfolio overview, to keep an eye on their clients debtors book.

To use the bulk uploader, you will need to follow these steps:

1. Click the “Add Organisation” button next to the first client you’d like to add. This will create a new subscription inside Satago and kick off the bulk load process.
2. Next, you’ll need to connect this first subscription to an accounting software product. Select the appropriate product to connect to and log in.
3. When logged into your accounting software, you’ll have the option to connect the rest of the clients and automatically create Satago subscriptions for them. Simply select all the clients you’d like to add, ensuring you don’t miss the client you picked in step 1. Hit Next.
4. Satago will tell you which accounting software record will be matched against the subscription you created in step 1. Double check that is correct.
5. Ensure the box which says “Also create new organisations for the remaining companies” is ticked.
6. Click continue and wait for the import to complete.
7. Once the import is complete, you’ll be shown the Taskboard for the client you selected in Step 1. From here you can check the setup of this client or switch back to your practice using the Switch Organisation option in the sidebar.

After completing the above steps, you’ll be able to see all your clients in the portfolio overview and start conversations with the ones who need the most help.
