Satago extends partnership with Sage

Satago are pleased to announce that we have extended our partnership with Sage, the market leader in cloud business management solutions.

Satago helps accountants and businesses get their invoices paid faster, avoid credit risks and cover cash gaps when they need to. Our software connects to over 300 accounting platforms to provide automated credit control, risk insight and invoice finance — all in one place. Satago was voted Practice Management App of the Year in the 2020 Accounting Excellence Software Awards.

Sage Accounting users will now be able to access Satago’s powerful credit control, risk insight and finance tools through the Sage platform.

Neil Watkins, Chief Product Officer at Sage says, “Meeting small businesses’ needs is even more critical today when many have entered a clear cashflow crisis. Automating processes and giving them easy access to additional tools and functionality, such as Satago, is vital to overcoming issues they face with managing debtors and keeping a close eye on cashflow, both of which will reduce their level of risk.”

This partnership will make Satago’s game-changing cash management software available to more businesses and accountants than ever before. After what has been a difficult year for many, Satago hopes this will help more businesses reduce their debtor days and improve cashflow.

Sinead McHale, CEO of Satago, says; “It is time to put the SME back in control of their finances. We can help through our integration with Sage, by automating credit control and providing access to risk insights to help businesses minimise bad debts and ensure faster payment—essential in today’s environment.”

Satago has already helped many accountants and business owners dramatically reduce their debtor days. Gemma Parker works for Tussies Chartered Accountants. The firm started using Satago to help them collect their 90+ days invoices. Whilst in the past, Gemma had always chased invoices manually by email and phone, she liked the idea of automating the process in order to save time.

“From our perspective, Satago has been essential to us to support clients with debt collecting.” says Gemma, “The response from the first week of email reminders was fantastic and we brought our 90+ day debtors down by £12,500 in one week. Our debtors continue to drop thanks to the weekly email reminders sent to clients. All round a very positive move for our practice.”

Sage users can purchase Satago through the Sage Marketplace and enjoy 50% off the first three months of their subscription.
