How does multi-organisation Satago work?

Multi-organisation feature is particularly useful for accountants, bookkeepers and credit controllers. It allows you to add clients’ accounts to Satago using your existing Satago login. You can then easily switch between all your added Organisations, enabling easy credit control on behalf of your clients – all from one place.

Adding New Accounts

To access the multi-organisation menu, choose “Switch Organisations” from the navigation menu. There, you see an overview of all Satago Organisations you have added (if any). To add a new one click on + Add Organsaiton

How do I create an Organisation for my clients?

When you click on Add Organisation, the below page appears. Just fill in their details and click Add. An Organisation will now be created and you will have the Administrator rights. The next step is connecting their accoutning software and importing data. Then, add your customers to the account as users so they have access (see this FAQ entry on multi-user Satago).

What if my client already uses Satago?

If your client already has an account with Satago, you will need to ask them to add you as a user for that Organisation using the email address you use to log in to Satago.
